How a Session Works

From the moment you arrive to how you feel after — here is exactly what to expect from a Harmonic Egg session in Sedona.

Step 01

Arrive & Consult

Arrive 10 minutes before your session. We’ll discuss your intentions, wellness goals, and any areas you wish to focus on during your time in the Egg.

Step 02

Enter the Chamber

Fully clothed, you recline comfortably inside the egg-shaped chamber. The environment is intimate, warm, and completely private.

Step 03

Receive the Frequencies

For ~50 minutes, your practitioner plays a curated selection of sound frequencies and color light, tailored to support your specific wellness intentions.

Step 04

Integrate & Restore

After your session, we invite you to rest and integrate. Drink plenty of water. Many guests notice shifts — physical, emotional, or energetic — in the days that follow.

However, later I noticed a marked increase in thirst.    I've been drinking a lot of water. Also, when I got home I reduced sense of stability.    Not enough to fall but very noticeable. We’ve worked together on a few different avenues from IVs to Botox. Separately I’m deeply obsessed with the Alfarah moringa lotus oil. I’ve purchased maybe 5 or 6 of them? No. The $50 payment is a reservation deposit rather than the total price of the session.

The website currently presents a standard monthly membership and a discounted 60+ membership. Confirm session allowances, renewal terms and cancellation conditions before joining.

The discounted membership is intended for guests aged 60 or older. The center may request age confirmation before activating the plan.

Cancellation depends on the membership agreement presented during checkout. Review the renewal date, required notice period and refund terms before purchasing.
